Job summary

As part of Store Leadership, you will implement company processes, oversee front-end and loss prevention, coordinate with stockrooms, and uphold the Ross brand while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
