Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment and supervising Associates.
• Open and close the store as needed and supervise operations during Manager on Duty coverage.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• supervise Front End operations, including cash handling and customer service standards.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers, shortage control and front-end procedures.
