Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a defined store area and oversee operations as Manager on Duty. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, ensure a clean, friendly, easy-to-shop environment, and execute company processes.

You will champion safety, loss prevention, and customer service while maintaining merchandise presentation and daily housekeeping. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coach teams on front-end operations and merchandising

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure efficient checkout procedures.
• Coach Associates on merchandising and loss prevention practices.
• Manage stockrooms, back stock, and replenishment to store standards.
