Ross Dress For Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and assist with daily operations. You will supervise Associates, open/close the store, maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised environment and ensure adherence to company processes.

Responsibilities include loss prevention, front-end supervision, merchandising, stockroom organization, and ensuring safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a specific store area and the general operations when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Associates, open/close the store, and maintain a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to company processes.
• Support loss prevention, front end operations, and stockroom organization.
• Train and coach staff on cash handling, POS procedures, and customer service standards.
