Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Store Accountant to manage a broad set of accounting tasks, reconcile accounts, prepare data, and generate analyses for management review. The role supports timely accounting duties and reporting across the store operations.

Responsibilities include cash and POS processing, producing management reports, and coordinating with the cashier team to maintain data integrity and security in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Finish assigned tasks independently and work as part of a team.
• Good working knowledge of cash registering process and general procedures.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and input cash and checks through the POS system.
• Produce accurate, informative sales reports for management discussions.
• Follow internal control procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the Cashier department and timely inform changes of processes to all parties.
• Work with third parties to complete cash deposits by following safety procedures.
• Process time card applications and produce receipts accordingly.
