Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, identify items, and process orders both in person and by phone. The role involves cash handling, bagging, and assisting with returns while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

• Previous front end customer service experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent education.
• Good communication skills and willingness to help customers.
• Able to check and evaluate product quality and notice product description.
• Efficient, responsible and safely use equipment.
• Require long periods of standing and lifting up to 25+ pounds objects.
• Flexible time, work 5 days per week, no day off on weekend and holiday.
• Bilingual in Cantonese, Chinese, or Spanish is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and answer questions in a professional manner.
• Identify product items properly.
• Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
• Bag items properly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person with appropriate etiquettes.
• Conduct customer returns and exchanges per company policies.
• Handle customer suggestions and complaints for retention.
• Review, create and apply new batches; update prices; label signage.
• Process online orders according to company procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed for business needs.
