Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or property management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience with delinquency management, auctions, and daily reconciliations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow sales processes to convert leads into sales across phone, online, and in-person channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Manage unit inventory, security, and daily rental reconciliations.
