Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise technology field sales experience.
• Experience selling into State & Local Government (SLED) customers.
• Storage, data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise hardware/software sales experience.
• Residence in Washington or Oregon and willingness to travel 40-50% in territory.
• Understanding of public sector procurement and sales cycles for SLED accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell storage products and solutions in the assigned territory.
• Seek out new opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities.
• Develop pursuit plans and manage the storage sales pipeline.
• Contribute to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings.
• Provide storage technology knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
• Support Account Manager with technical expertise and guidance.
• Coordinate activities with Presales and channel partners to drive deals.
