Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology industry sales experience.
• Experience with storage, compute, networking, or broader data center infrastructure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with accountability and collaboration.
• Drive revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and overall business performance across the Enterprise West region.
• Engage senior customer leaders as a strategic advisor on business and technology initiatives.
• Develop regional growth plans, optimize account coverage, and align resources to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners, alliances, and internal stakeholders to expand opportunities and ensure customer success.
• Establish disciplined operating cadences with pipeline reviews, forecasts, and account planning.
• Lead consultative sales motions that create business value and position HPE as a trusted technology partner.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, investments, and spend decisions with a long-term growth view.
