Job summary

Absolute Storage Management is seeking a Property Manager to assist customers with unit rentals and provide exceptional service. You will identify storage needs, walk new tenants through the rental process, and maintain a clean, organized office and grounds.

The role requires a year of property management experience or related sales/customer service background, and the team emphasizes growth, mentorship, and a supportive culture. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in person and via phone.
• Provide excellent service by identifying storage needs and guiding rentals.

• Maintain records, perform minor maintenance, and conduct property inspections.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue factors; report findings.
• Handle daily admin tasks including payments, deposits, and follow-ups.
