You will identify storage needs, guide customers through rental processes, and maintain office organization, records, and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales/retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain office cleanliness, organize records, and perform minor maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Monitor rates, promotions, and revenue-related factors; report findings to supervisors.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, posting payments, and processing deposits.
• Assist tenants with rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned services at participating locations.
