Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and sales aptitude.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and upkeep.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations management.
• Proven ability to generate business and close leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic and adaptable to change.
• High School diploma or GED; college education a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check completed.
• Storage management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.
• Lead engaging facility tours for prospective customers.
• Keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
• Perform daily facility inspections for presentation.
• Support local marketing and community outreach.
• Mentor assistants and coordinate with management.
• Assist in rent collections and accurate accounting records.
• Travel as needed within local area.
