Job summary

Morningstar Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations at our Fort Mill, SC properties. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and customer experience while managing a small team and vendor relationships.

This role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and proactive operational improvements to exceed financial goals. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong sales/customer service

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required in property management or related service industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a business-minded approach.
• Ability to review and interpret occupancy, pricing, and revenue metrics.
• Willingness to work some weekends and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, revenue, and financial performance through pricing, sales, and local marketing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Lead a team of ~2 employees with coaching and development focus.
• Oversee vendors, maintenance, and service quality to meet company standards.
• Execute marketing initiatives and local partnerships to increase visibility and referrals.
• Maintain property appearance, safety, curb appeal, and overall operations.
