Job summary

Childress Klein Properties Inc in Fort Mill, SC, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all property management functions for the South Carolina office portfolio, coordinate tenant finish construction and other projects, and supervise contract services.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage service contracts, budgeting, tenant relations, and building inspections, while ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate management, business, construction, or related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in commercial real estate management preferred.
• Credentials like RPA/CPM/LEED AP/GA are encouraged but not required; willingness to pursue.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, work order systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management functions for the South Carolina office portfolio.
• Coordinate tenant finish construction and other projects.
• Oversee contract services and service contracts compliance.
• Monitor and review contracts; manage claims and insurance-related documentation.
• Perform daily inspections of common areas and submit work orders as needed.
• Assist Regional Property Manager with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and coordinate with engineering and accounting teams.
