Job summary

Morningstar Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Fort Mill, SC location. You will lead on-site operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and manage a small team while ensuring client satisfaction and high standards of property condition.

You’ll coordinate marketing, vendor management, and maintenance activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required, e.g., in property management, retail, hospitality or service-based environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a business-minded approach.
• Comfort reviewing performance metrics related to occupancy, pricing and revenue.
• Proficiency in computer skills and navigating multiple systems.
• Valid driver’s license in-state of employment for occasional tasks.
• Willingness to work some weekends and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, revenue and financial performance through pricing, sales, expense management and local marketing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Lead a team of approximately 2 employees with focus on performance and development.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure services meet standards.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal on site.
• Execute marketing initiatives including promotions and community outreach.
