Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial success of our apartment community. You will lead on-site teams, ensure budget targets are met, and drive leasing and resident satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience; ARM/CAM/ CAPS certifications are a plus. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, if traveling between properties.
• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage on-site personnel.
• Meet financial targets by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Maintain a 95% occupancy rate and assist with leasing/renewals.
• Oversee maintenance operations, including work orders and capital improvements.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase traffic.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
