Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist to ensure an amazing customer experience in-store and for pickup orders. You will greet customers, suggest storage solutions, and design/customize closets while processing sales at the register with emphasis on service.

Responsibilities include keeping the floor neat, enrolling customers in rewards, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery. Strong computer skills and scheduling flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Retail is dynamic and scheduling flexibility is important.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets customers as Host in the store or throughout the store.
• Suggests solutions to customers’ organizational challenges.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Works as a cashier with focus on a great customer experience at checkout.
• Introduces and enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Maintains the sales floor and presents merchandise per brand standards.
• Assists with curbside pickup and delivery orders and stockroom organization.
