Job summary

Everpure, a leader in data solutions, seeks a Technical Support Engineer for our 24x7 team to ensure customers have exceptional experiences with our FlashArray product. You will analyze and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, software, and environmental factors, and collaborate across teams to champion customer needs.

You will own escalations, mentor juniors, and contribute to knowledge bases, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and industry-leading NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise-level technical support role.
• Proven ability to own and resolve complex customer issues in a multi-platform enterprise environment.
• Deep technical troubleshooting skills in storage, networking, replication, performance, and capacity.
• Working knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), VMware, LANs/WANs, and Storage Area Networks.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and support cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues from initial contact through to resolution across all severity levels, ensuring professional, concise, and timely communication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems involving FlashArray products across diverse multi‑platform environments (OS, networking, SAN).
• Lead multi‑participant customer calls, including escalations, and advocate for customers with internal teams like Engineering.
• Enhance knowledge base by creating/updating internal and customer-facing FAQ articles.
• Mentor junior Support Engineers on best practices for issue resolution and customer management.
