CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager, Storage to lead high-performing storage teams and scale file, block, and object storage for massive AI workloads. You will oversee development for GPU-oriented AI cloud infrastructure, balancing technical guidance with strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive design and operational excellence, and align storage initiatives with business goals while delivering significant performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineering teams and 7+ years in hands-on systems or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in storage performance tuning, latency optimization and benchmarking.
• Technical experience with Ceph, Lustre, MinIO and GPUDirect Storage.
• Proven track record scaling storage engineering teams within hyper-scale cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Scale foundational file, block and object storage systems for high-performance AI workloads.
• Drive end-to-end design and operational excellence across storage services to maximize GPU utilization.
• Solve complex engineering challenges to achieve 10x performance scaling.
• Lead systems engineering teams in a coding-focused, autonomous culture with cross-functional leadership.
• Provide mentorship and oversee performance management and team growth.
