Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative to join our team in Corpus Christi. You will support the site manager, assist customers, and help manage storage unit rentals and related contracts.

You will engage with customers in person and over the phone, explaining terms, processing agreements, and supporting daily site operations while participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers.
• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with using updated technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by showing storage units and explaining rental terms.
• Answer inquiries by phone and in person to provide accurate information.
• Prepare rental contracts and maintain site operations.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Perform general property cleanup and minor repairs as needed.
