Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Brentwood, NH seeks a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with storage units, contracts, and equipment dispatch. You will work with a support team to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to visit a secondary Fremont facility, and availability on weekends. On-the-job education and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical tasks and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare rental contracts.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
