Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with storage needs, processing contracts, and facilitating smooth operations at the site.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. On-the-job education is offered, along with various employee programs and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
