Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative at our Sanford, FL location. You will be the face of service, assisting customers with storage needs, inspecting units, and processing rental agreements. This role includes on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, showing units, and maintaining property cleanliness and safety. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
