White Cap is hiring an Account Manager to build relationships, develop plans, and increase sales for mid-size contractor accounts. You will generate leads, contact assigned and prospective accounts, and execute profitable plans to meet quotas and margin targets.

The role requires 2–5 years of outside sales experience, familiarity with selling to professional contractors, and the ability to operate a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling to professional contractors.
• Must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, and networking.
• Contacts assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business and communicates account plans and pricing to drive sales.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts.
• Attains assigned sales quota, gross margin, and controllable expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues and maintain product knowledge.
