Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Stone Center Manager in the Westwood, MA area. The role focuses on increasing product sales, developing customer relationships, and overseeing store operations and personnel.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue, manage budgets, and lead a team to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring safety and compliance within the Stone Center environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 5+ years stone sales experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales/management in stone.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; analytical, time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Dal-Tile forklift certification required.

Responsabilités

• Meet revenue, budget, and other objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develop relationships with key customers within the store area.
• Define goals for Stone personnel and communicate them to staff.
• Provide leadership and direction to pursue store objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals with key customers.
