Dal-Tile is seeking a Stone Center Manager to drive revenue and market presence in the store coverage area. You will lead store operations, train and develop staff, and build strong customer relationships to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, supervising order management, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering excellent service and aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma and 5+ years relevant stone sales experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant sales/management experience.

• Increases revenue and achieves budget objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Leads and trains Stone Center staff to meet objectives and ensure safety/compliance.
• Negotiates with key customers to close deals and manages inventory and costs.
• Ensures accurate sales forecasts and reports, and aligns with corporate goals.
