Job summary

Big-Valley-Ford in Stockton, CA is seeking an on-site IT ServiceDesk Technician to serve as the primary IT support presence at our location. You will handle Level 1–2 requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and configure computers for new and existing users.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT ServiceDesk or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with basic networking, printer setup, and hardware support.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication for end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support requests and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Replace and configure computers for new and existing users.
• Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system with timely updates.
• Escalate complex problems to the systems admin team when needed.
• Collaborate with remote IT team members to maintain IT operations and security.
