Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Pasadena is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the stockroom efficient and support the salesfloor. You will handle inventory, process orders including curbside and ship-from-store, and help maintain displays.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent customer service, and teamwork. You will use POS and AS400 systems, follow safety and loss-prevention guidelines, and contribute to promotions and pricing support.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• General office equipment and computer skills required.
• Able to learn and use store systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outgoing packages and curbside orders promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Conduct stock checks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to engage customers.
• Ensure products and displays on the sales floor are stocked.
• Provide excellent service and uphold standards in selling and teamwork.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, involve management when needed.
• Support store safety standards and training.
• Maintain loss prevention and security awareness per policy.
• Support management in profitability and operational excellence.
• Drive sales via customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Promote brand through customer demonstrations.
