Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store is seeking a Stock Lead in our Riverhead, NY area to own stockroom operations and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals.

You will oversee receipt, storage, transfers, and display of merchandise, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and training stock associates. This role requires teamwork, organization, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, counting, and distributing stock.
• Maintain a neat, organized stockroom and ensure safety and loss-prevention.
• Train and develop stock associates in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor and assist shoppers.
