Job summary

ZARA in Honolulu is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations with a focus on stockroom efficiency, replenishment accuracy, and seamless customer service. You will organize tasks, analyze reports, supervise back-office processes, and drive omnichannel flows while developing the store operations team and ensuring health and safety compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical abilities, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with the Head of Store Operations

Qualifications

• 90-day introductory period completed in the current position.
• In good standing with respect to job performance.
• Completed and passed a skills assessment in store.

Responsibilities

• Help organize store operations based on KPIs to optimize performance.
• Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows per Sales Manager criteria.
• Execute replenishment and verify location in the plant.
• Supervise back-office processes: checkout, fitting rooms, size collection, online collection.
• Run omnichannel processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
• Assist in implementing new projects and operational updates.
• Assist in managing the external team.
• Use analytics tools and track KPIs to improve in-store processes.
• Supervise store device operations and track technology incidents.
• Communicate feedback to supervisor and store teams.
• Continuously train teams and develop the store's operational capacity.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
