Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations in our store. You will manage receiving, placement, and transfers, ensuring safety and efficiency so customers find products when they want them. Lead by example and train stock associates, empowering the team with recognition and feedback.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet fiscal goals, replenish on the sales floor, and maintain visual merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Deckers Brands vision.
• Excellent team-building, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processes including receiving, storage, picking, and transfers.
• Ensure stockroom safety, security, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead stock associates and train the team; support the Store Manager.
• Stock display and replenishment on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
