Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead for HOKA stores in the United States. You will manage the stockroom operations, receiving, counting, and distributing merchandise to ensure product availability for customers.

You will train stock associates, collaborate with the Store Manager on sales and productivity plans, and maintain safety and organization in the stock area while delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations including receiving, storage, and distribution to meet store needs.
• Maintain a neat, safe stockroom and protect against theft.
• Train and develop stock associates; lead by example.
• Support store manager to execute sales and productivity plans.
• Assist with product displays and customer service on the sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with stock policies and security measures.
