Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division is hiring a Stock Lead who will own the stockroom operations, oversee receiving, placement, and transfers, and ensure safety and accuracy. You’ll lead a team, train stock associates, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales productivity while maintaining brand standards.

In this role, you’ll greet customers, assist on the sales floor, manage shipments and discrepancies, and safeguard stock control with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations including receiving, storage, picking, counting, and transfers.
• Maintain neat, orderly stockroom and stockdesk while enforcing safety and security measures.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Handle customer charge sends and store transfers between locations.
• Keep stock records and security measures up to company standards.
• Assist Store Manager and train stock associates; promote brand image on the sales floor.
