Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own and manage the stockroom operations. You will oversee receiving, storage, transfers, and inventory accuracy while ensuring a neat and secure stock area.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to train stock associates, support floor replenishment, and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our Service Training Program.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area including receiving, storing, organizing, picking, counting, and distributing to meet store needs.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals and train stock associates.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor; greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
• Ensure stock processes and policies are followed and security measures are maintained; manage stock transfers and damaged merchandise.
