Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store performance. You will oversee receiving, storage, transfers, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You’ll train stock teams, display products per standards, and deliver exceptional service to customers on the sales floor, aligning with brand attitudes and training programs.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area, receiving, storing, counting, and distributing items to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing stock associates.
• Replenish and display products on sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers.
