UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store performance. You will oversee stock processing, placement, and transfers, ensuring accuracy, safety and efficiency while guiding the team and partnering with the Store Manager to meet sales plans.

As Stock Lead you will train stock associates, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, replenish displays, and deliver outstanding customer service that aligns with Deckers Brands’ mission.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee processing, placement and transfers of stock in the store.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and efficient stockroom and stock desk.
• Lead by example to model stockroom standards and promote a positive environment.
