Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store performance. You will oversee receiving, placement, transfers, and stockroom safety while partnering with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates.

You’ll lead by example, ensure merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and excellent customer service on the floor. This role requires strong organization, teamwork, and a proactive approach to stock control and loss

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma is required and relevant experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the team and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to train and develop stock associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processes: receiving, storing, counting, and distributing merchandise.
• Plan for new product arrivals and adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Receive and verify shipments; resolve discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing stock associates.
• Display and replenish stock on the sales floor following merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor when needed.
• Maintain stockroom safety and security, including access control.
