UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations. You will oversee processing, placement, and transfers while maintaining safety and efficiency to meet customer demand.

You will train stock associates, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor, aligning with Deckers Brands’ Service Training program.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of retail store experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Oversee stockroom processing, placement, and transfers.
• Receive shipments and verify discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain a neat, safe stockroom and Stock Desk.
• Assist Store Manager in training stock associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor.
