Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG stores seek a Stock Associate to organize inventory, receive shipments, and keep stock areas safe and efficient. You work with the Stock Lead to merchandise items so customers find what they want when they want it.

You will help replenish the floor, assist shoppers with product knowledge, greet customers, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards. A team environment, timely attendance, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow processes.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products.
• Receive and verify shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare transfers between stores or distribution centers.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions.
