Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division is hiring a Stock Lead to own the stockroom, manage shipments, and support store operations. You’ll train stock associates, ensure safety and efficiency, and help drive sales through strong stock management and service.

You will partner with the Store Manager to execute productivity plans, maintain stock accuracy, and deliver attentive customer care on the floor, upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team‑building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing, placement, and transfers of stock within the store.
• Lead and train stock associates; partner with the Store Manager to drive productivity.
• Maintain safe, neat, and efficient stockrooms and stock desks.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving fiscal and sales goals.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
