Job summary

The Michaels Companies Weatherford store seeks a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and process a fast checkout. You will complete truck unloading and merchandise duties while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll engage customers in promotions, participate in stocking, planograms, and BOPIS/SFS tasks, and support safety programs. This role requires standing, lifting heavy boxes, and availability nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and climb ladders.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery standards and stock in-store.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and promotions.
