The role emphasizes team coaching, inclusion, and accountability across store operations, merchandising and community engagement, with a strong customer-first mindset and a commitment to integrity.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service and guides store operations to deliver the One Best Way.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and expense control within the designated area.
• Ensures compliance with policies, Open Door Policy and ethical standards.
• Builds high-performing teams and promotes a culture of belonging and inclusion.
