Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-driven leader to manage and develop store teams, delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in Cary, NC. You will drive financial performance through budgeting, planning, and cost control while ensuring outstanding merchandise presentation and inventory flow.

Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
Attends and completes all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
Drives store financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues; implements corrective action plans.
Oversees merchandise presentation, inventory flow, seasonal transitions and shrink control.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
