Qualifications

• For firearms facilities, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback and coaching.
• Manage customer service initiatives to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense control to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and promote belonging in the workplace.
