Job summary

Todd Snyder, Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate in Boston to maximize selling potential by ensuring efficient flow of merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor.

You will follow stockroom SOPs, support replenishment, markdowns, and maintain brand standards for visual merchandising. Ideal candidates have stock experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25lbs.

• Previous stock experience preferred.

• Available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize selling potential by efficient flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures.
• Execute efficient shipment processing by following processing and placement guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support, understand and adhere to visual standards to maximize product presentations when flowing product from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment tasks (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments) are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and execute adjustments per brand standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and processing of damages.
• Support fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assistance in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and alert management to unusual activity.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
