Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate to maximize selling potential by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to the sales floor. You will uphold stockroom SOPs and brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising while modeling Todd Snyder values and Customer First behaviors.

Responsibilities include executing shipments, maintaining visual standards, collaborating with store leadership on replenishment, and supporting safety and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including early morning, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25lbs.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and visuals.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations when flowing product to sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment tasks (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments).
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per Todd Snyder standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Partner with leadership to complete stock transfers and process damages.
• Provide support to fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
