Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate to optimize the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. You will uphold stockroom SOPs and brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

As a team player, you will support leadership, adhere to visual standards, and assist with transfers, damages, and safety while delivering a positive Customer First experience.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing and replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Process shipments efficiently and track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards when flowing product.
• Coordinate replenishment with leadership; execute merchandising adjustments.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and adjust per standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing; report compliance to leadership.
• Coordinate stock transfers and process damages.
• Share knowledge and support fellow employees.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; report concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
