Job summary

Todd Snyder in Buckhead Village is seeking a Stock Associate to move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintain stockroom SOPs, and uphold brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You will support store leadership, execute replenishment and merchandising adjustments, assist customers, and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with lifting up

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills to work within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action.
• Ability to stand/move for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing with guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support visual standards to maximize presentations from stockroom to floor.
• Partner with leadership to ensure replenishment activities.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and adjustments per visuals.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor; update leadership.
• Coordinate stock transfers and processing of damages.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Promote safety standards and report concerns to leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
