Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate to help move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, maintain SOPs, and support replenishment, merchandising, and markdowns with strong attention to brand standards.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with technology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, store leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop to handle products.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25lbs.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures to maximize sales.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; track units per hour productivity for leadership.
• Support visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations when flowing product to the sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment actions (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments).
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Assist with stock transfers and processing damages.
• Provide support to fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
