Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate to maximize selling potential by moving merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor while upholding SOPs and brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

This part-time role reports to Store Management Team or Stock Lead and requires strong communication and teamwork, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and proficiency with technology.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to stand, move for extended periods, and handle products (lift up to 25lbs).
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs for efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing and communicate units per hour productivity to leadership.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards in merchandising from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with leadership to ensure replenishment and adjustments are executed.
